2. Decision-making policy
   • The final assignment decisions will be based on accuracy as well as the rubric. 
   • We will make alternative suggestions to each other if a conclusion cannot be made on the first attempt.

   • Facets of the topic will be delegated equally for the maintenance of fairness. 

1. Problem resolution
   • Much like in any workplace, there may be times when problem resolution is necessary. If this were to be necessary based on a teammate not upholding their responsibility of participation or their behavior being consistently unprofessional, USU involvement will be required if the problem exists after one documented discussion via email.
